Are you making the most of your Microsoft products?

8th November, 2019

There is that old adage about you don’t know what you don’t know, but now you can find out…

The Office suite has been around for such a long time, you could be forgiven for thinking everybody knows how to use it.

But are you and your team making the most of all the functionality? Are there features you would benefit from, that you don’t even know about?

Microsoft offer quite comprehensive training, via their website, which you can access here: Office Training Centre

You can either select the specific application, such as Outlook or Word, or look at specific tasks you want to achieve.

This can work quite effectively, if you have time to spare, and it is free to access.

However, this does depend on you knowing what you need to look for, and having the time to trawl through the options available to find it.

There is that old adage about you don’t know what you don’t know, but now you can find out…

A very effective alternative that we offer to many of our clients is short, focused training, honing an individual’s skills.

You start with an online questionnaire, that identifies what your training needs are, and then offers relevant training to fill the gaps.

All the training is delivered online, but you set your own pace.

Filtered learning is completely flexible, so you can use it when you need to, and then turn it off. This is particularly helpful when you are gearing up to launching a new application in the business, to make sure your team are all up to speed. It enables you to bed in skills, and then switch off when you are ready.

This training is charged on a per user per month basis.
