How we look after you

Each account has its own dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for ensuring each of our clients is happy with the service they are receiving.

Here at Riven, we have strong structures and processes in place which allow us to roadmap our client’s future business plans and implement key milestones for all their IT requirements.

The Account Manager will project manage the agreed needs of their clients based on this roadmap, identifying weaknesses and helping to find solutions.

Our Account Managers use our own model which enables them to look at a client’s current IT structure and identify where their client is right now, where they want to be and how to help them achieve that.

It’s more than just lip service. We care about our clients and we take pride in the relationships we build. Even though we offer outsourced IT services, we still feel like one of the team.
