Riven Associates' Desktop & Server product provides comprehensive management of our clients' desktop and server operating systems. We support servers, PCs, laptops and the network infrastructure, and also provide vital on-site help to take care of any problems that may arise.

At the workstation we manage Microsoft's desktop operating systems and Office applications, and the support which we offer at the server includes Microsoft server operating systems.

By special arrangement, we can also support other classes of software:

• Utility software, such as back-up and virus protection
• Application software, such as those based on 'shrink-wrapped' products e.g. Microsoft SQL Server
• 'Non shrink-wrapped' applications that have been tailor-made for different types of business
