On Site Server Support and PC Support

When we come across a problem with a server or PC whereby it cannot be fixed remotely a Riven Associates engineer will attend site as per your support contract to fix the problem. Our contracted response time is 8 hours from diagnosing a site visit is required - we endeavour to be quicker than that!
