Support Reviews

Riven Associates will conduct quarterly support review meetings. These can be carried out face to face or over the telephone. This is a two way process and your account manager will review your "support experience". This ensures that you are happy with the level of service you are receiving from Riven. This is also an opportunity for Riven to comment on any issues we have found with delivering effective IT support, any repeat fault calls and recommendations for system upgrades.
