Relationships
At Riven Associates we will consider ourselves to be a successful IT company if, in the years to come, we can look back at long-term, happy relationships with our customers. If we are financially 'successful', but have a list of short-term, often dissatisfied customers, then we will have failed.
The same applies to our relationships with our suppliers. Riven Associates blossoms through the care it puts into its supplier relationships. Though such care is common sense to many, there are still a significant proportion of businesses that will try to play 'hard ball' and make unreasonable demands upon their suppliers, wanting to squeeze extra profit from deals. This is not a business ethic we subscribe to, as it undermines our ability to consistently deliver the high level of service that our customers expect. |
