Our database will highlight renewal dates of specified equipment i.e servers and firewalls to maintain the cover required. When a fault call is logged regarding Hardware, Riven Associates will manage the process for you, we will contact the associated vendor and manage the warranty call, saving you the time until the problem is rectified.
